General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services and programs provided by Mpress HER.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Commit to their personal or professional development.

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.

• Complete any required pre-work or follow-ups.

• Maintain open communication with their coach or consultant.

Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made in full before services begin unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

• Payment plans are legally binding.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services (including digital materials), all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Exceptions for refund or rescheduling due to emergencies are at the sole discretion of Mpress HER.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Sessions missed without prior notice will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Intellectual Property

• All materials provided (workbooks, guides, programs, digital content, etc.) are the intellectual property of Mpress HER.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without written permission.

• For coaches using the 555 Feminine Journey with their clients, proper attribution and license usage apply.

Results Disclaimer

While we aim to support you in achieving personal, business, and wellness goals, individual results vary. Mpress HER makes no guarantees of outcomes.

Termination of Services

Mpress HER reserves the right to terminate coaching or consulting relationships at any time due to non-compliance with these terms, inappropriate behavior, or unethical conduct, with no refund obligation.

By purchasing or participating in any Mpress HER service or program, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
